Around 80 sari-sari store (SSS) owners from Puerto Princesa City, Calapan City, and across the province of Marinduque join the first module of the Tindahan Mo, e-Level Up Mo: e-Level Up ang Negosyo on Wednesday, June 26, 2024.

Over 60 sari-sari store owners from across the province of Marinduque join the live viewing session of the first module of the Tindahan Mo, e-Level Mo program on June 26, 2024, held at the Department of Trade and Industry Marinduque Provincial Office in Boac, Marinduque.

With a focus on digital solutions for micro entrepreneurs, the participants learned about cashless payments and other digital services from industry experts.

The “Tindahan Mo, e-Level Up Mo!” program is a nationwide initiative of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) that leverages technology to elevate sari-sari store owners. This program involves a series of online sessions aimed at upskilling the SSS owners in the provinces.

DTI has also partnered with established FMCG companies to link affordable and high quality consumer goods to the participating SSS owners.

The next set of online modules cover online marketing, digital products to manage finances and business capital, optimization of product selection, and streamlining of daily tasks.

DTI MIMAROPA Regional Director Rodolfo Mariposque stated his vision to extend inclusive digital solutions to micro, small, and medium enterprises across all provinces and more municipalities within the region. ♦
