The vibrant municipality of Saguday came alive as it kicked off its much-anticipated Agro-Industrial and Tourism Fair on 20 June 2023 coinciding with the town’s 64th Founding Anniversary and Pagay-pagay Festival.

The official opening of the Fair was conducted through a ribbon cutting ceremony conducted by the Local Government Unit of Saguday headed by Hon. Mayor Jerry M. Pagbilao and the Department of Trade and Industry Region 2-Quirino Provincial Office represented by Ms. Jenny B. Diaz.

In a short dialogue with Mayor Pagbilao, he emphasized the importance of agriculture and tourism as key drivers of economic growth and urged everyone to visit the fair and discover what Saguday can really offer.

The fairground is situated in front of the Municipal Hall- brimming with stalls showcasing local goods and agricultural innovations. Farmers, entrepreneurs, and artisans from Saguday proudly displayed their products, ranging from fresh organic produce and home-made delicacies to handcrafted souvenirs and traditional crafts.
