A mentee graduate exemplar of Kapatid Mentor Me (KMME) Batch 2 from the province of Quirino, Ms. Erlinda F. Chi, owner of Flowerqueen Enterprises represented Region 02 in the 2nd KMME Evaluation, Assessment and Planning Conference 2018 held on 18-19 October 2018 at Y2 Hotel, Makati City.

The conference, which aimed to assess the impact of the KMME Program on the growth of micro, small, medium enterprises (MSME), was graced by DTI Secretary Ramon Lopez who had a sofa conversation with the mentee graduates exemplars from different regions in the country. With him were ROG Undersecretary Zenaida C. Maglaya and the Presidential Adviser on Entrepreneurship Joey Concepcion.

Flowerqueen Enterprises is a handicraft business venture which produces fossilized flowers, decorative products and artworks using indigenous materials like weeds, leaves, twigs, seed, grasses, drift wood, bamboo and other useful materials.

Ms. Chi was chosen among other KMME graduate exemplars of Region 02 who scaled up their business through the KMME program of the DTI.♦
