25 May 2023 | The Department of Industry – Quezon, joins the Ceremonial Signing of the Memorandum of Understanding: Declaration of Stable Internal Peace and Security (SIPS) in the municipality of San Francisco, Quezon. Through the joint collaborative efforts of the 85th Infantry (SANDIWA) Battalion, Philippine Army, Philippine National Police (PNP), and Municipal Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (MTF-ELCAC), 165 individuals voluntarily withdrew their support.

The said activity was attended by the Honorable Mayor Romulo R. Edaño, Municipal Administrator Jeffrey Jumarang, Municipal Councilors, Municipal Department Heads, Barangay Chairpersons, and stakeholders from different national agencies. ♦
