DTI Quezon, Through OTOP Quezon, and Ideas Project Empower Women Entrepreneurs To Embrace Digital Transformation 

On July 5, 2024, a significant milestone was achieved in the digital transformation journey of women-owned MSMEs in the Philippines. The IDEAS Project, a 5-year initiative dedicated to enhancing digital economy participation for ASEAN women MSMEs, held an inspiring event in Quezon Province. This gathering, supported by the ASEAN Secretariat and the ASEAN-Korea Cooperation Fund, was a pivotal moment for local women business owners eager to expand their online presence and harness digital tools for business growth.  

The event, hosted by IDEAS Project in collaboration with DTI – Quezon Province, was designed to introduce and orient women entrepreneurs to the transformative opportunities provided by the project. Attendees were given valuable insights into the benefits of the project, including how to join and register.   

The IDEAS Project aims to collaborate with DTI –Quezon Province to drive digital transformation among women-owned MSMEs.The Quezon Province event was not only a significant step for local MSMEs but also an open call for more women entrepreneurs to seize the opportunity to transform their businesses and participate actively in the growing digital economy.
