082224_Rizal Women Entrepreneurs “RIZALHENYAS” honored at the IDEAS Graduation Ceremony

The Graduation Ceremony for Increasing Digital Skills and E-Commerce for ASEAN Women MSME (IDEAS) Batch 1 took place at Ynares Multipurpose Hall, last July 31, 2024.

A collaboration between the Department of Trade and Industry – Rizal and the Women’s Business Council (WomenBizPH) successfully supported 31 women entrepreneurs from Rizal. The project is designed to offer a comprehensive array of resources, training and workshops covering various aspects of online business, setting up e-commerce platforms, and implementing digital marketing strategies. The project also served as a platform for MSMEs to showcase and promote their products and gain further visibility in the market. Assistant Regional Director, Ms. Revelyn Cortez encouraged the MSMEs to grab every opportunity by engaging in the programs and projects offered by DTI and other government agencies. She also expressed her gratitude to WomenBizPH for a successful collaboration and their advocacy in advancing women entrepreneur’s business.

DTI Provincial Director Cleotilde M. Duran, Hon. Angelu Tapales, Couniclor Trade and Industry, Ms. Rhoda Castro Caliwara, President of WomenBizPH, Mr. Dennis Paguio, Ideas Project Manager, Ms. MJ Soriano, IDEAS Trainer, and Ms. Mia Ynares also graced the event. ♦
