Republic Act No. 11032 or the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act seeks to make the process of putting up and running a business in the Philippines easier and more efficient.

Finding Opportunity and Relevance. Paano nga ba makahanap ng mga oportunidad upang makapagsimula ng isang negosyo? Validating Opportunity and Relevance. Anu-ano ang iba’t ibang aspeto ng Consumer Insights at bakit ito makakatulong sa pagtatagumpay ng isang negosyo? Hatid ni Mr. Nikko Briguera, Consumer Marketing Lead of Nestle Philippines and MarkProf Batch 6 Alumnus, ang mga kasagutan dito.

Branding. Ano ang tatak o “branding” mo sa mga consumers at ano ang benepisyo nito sa iyong negosyo? Sasagutin natin ‘yan ni Earl Javier ang Effectiveness Director of Ogilvy Mather.

Pilot Test. Hindi ka ba sigurado sa business na gustong gawin? I-Pilot Test mo ‘yan! Sasamahan tayo ni Liz Caceres ang Brand Manager and Segment Head ng Universal Robina Corporation.

Determining Distribution Strategy. Ano nga ba ang mga kailangang i-consider sa pagpa-plano kung paano makakarating ang iyong produkto/serbisyo mula sa’yo tungo sa konsyumer? Consumer Rights and Responsibilities. Alamin ang inyong karapatan at responsibilidad bilang isang mamimili.

Warranty. Guarantee sa Warranty! Bilang isang konsyumer, laging tandaan na lahat ng produktong binibili ay mayroong warranty.

PS Mark and ICC Sticker. Kaya naman kung mamimili ka ng bagong appliances, laging siguraduhin na mayroon itong PS Mark o ICC Stickers. Maging matalino at mapanuring konsyumer.

Complaints. Talakayin natin ang tamang complaint process, ang mga ahensya ng gobyerno na tumutugon sa consumer complaints, at ang iyong Karapatan sa Redress o ang paghingi ng repair, replacement, o refund para sa depektibong produkto.

ASEAN Online Shopping. Consumer protection agencies under the ASEAN Committee on Consumer Protection or the ACCP put in place laws and regulations to ensure secure online shopping and mechanisms for dispute resolution for all consumers in ASEAN.
