On October 5, 2017, Negosyo Center – San Clemente conducted a Fish Processing training for potential entrepreneurs in the municipality.  Thirty four participants attended and Percy Reyes was one of them.  They were taught how to debone and process Smoked Bangus.   Ms. Reyes showed interest in pursuing the learning she got from the training.  continue reading : Percy Reyes boneless smoked bangus
